Preparing to Load Immediately upon arrival the crew readies the ship to receive her load of cement. Cement flows through this connection into the specially lined holds designed to "float" cement.

Awaiting the wind to die down Despite completing the load in the early morning, The Captain has chosen to wait at the dock for several hours hoping that the front coming from the southwest subsides according to the marine forecast. Timing is everything, and the goal is to arrive at the eastern entrance of the Toronto harbour in wind that shall allow the ship to turn into the commercial channel without difficulty.
